I acknowledge that the only services provided by Click Industries, Ltd (CIL) through clickandinc.com is a preliminary DBA name search for two names I’ve submitted in the state indicated on this sign up form.
I understand that Click&Inc is not acting as my attorney in any way and the information provided on this web site or through emails / phone conversations with CIL's employees or agents is not legal advice on which I can rely. Further, I understand that CIL can not guarantee the availability of any name and that CIL’s name check only reflects the status of a name at the moment the name is checked. I also acknowledge that despite the best efforts of CIL, the state still may reject my chosen name if it doesn’t comply with state statutes and / or the state determines that the name is too similar to a name already registered with the state.
I acknowledge that once that CIL through clickandinc.com has searched a name for me and provided me with an answer regarding the availability, I am not eligible for a refund of any kind.
Further, I acknowledge that once the name availability is emailed to me the services of CIL are concluded, until I incorporate a business with CIL.
I agree that all services were provided by CIL within the State of Minnesota and that my use of this site is deemed to have occurred in Minnesota. If I institute any legal proceeding against CIL, it's employees, agents, officers, or directors, I agree that I will do so in Ramsey County District Court, St. Paul, Minnesota, and I acknowledge that Ramsey County District Court is the proper venue for any disputes. Further, I agree that the only damages I’m entitled to is the amount of money I paid CIL for the services rendered and that I am not entitled to any other damages whatsoever. I also agree that the prevailing party in any action shall be entitled to its his/her reasonable costs, disbursements and attorneys fees.
